Earl Grey is a classic. Steep 1 teaspoon with 6 oz of hot water for 3 minutes. Add a bit of milk and sweetener (honey) and you have an amazing cuppa tea.
Brew 1 Tablespoon with hot water 5-8 minutes, pour into pitcher add ice and cold water and have the most amazing iced tea ever.
